Hello everyone! Here is the place to see what's been changed/added to this board. So for the last updates on OMWF&F: check this out  I have added smilies and avatars to my photobucket. You can find the links to them in the members area. Of you wish to use those items, please download them to you hard drive and then upload them to your own photobucket account! Thanks for that! After reading a post made by the Twinzz about the lack of a Conventions part on this board, I've just created one. I hope I stated clearly what needs to be posted where... Hello everyone! as you might have noticed, I have been making some changes to the Buffy actors and actresses boards. Since it was not possible, in the old way, to add extra boards for each and every actor and actress, I thought the old way was becoming quite messy. So I added a Buffy actors and actresses board below the Buffy episodes board, which I am now working on to filling with all the actors and actresses names. I hope this "confusing" change will be ready soon, so each and every actor has his or her own spot which can be found without any effort Thanks for understanding  |

The old board is gone, all is transferred to the new board  In time, I will do the same for the other series. OR if one of the other ADMINs wants to start, please do so I could always use the help. Thanks! I hope you all like it this way and see it as an improvement to the board. |

much better now, thanks cynni. i tried ding it a while back but couldnt figure out how to create sub-boards. wasnt sure if it was just me being clueless or if it just couldnt be done.

well, it was not possible to make yet another set of sub-boards within the old actors and actresses sub-board that was within the Buffy sub-board and all. One can't make too many sub-levels so that is why I chose to make a new category/sub-board for the Buffy actors and actresses. When I have the time (and feel like it) I will do the same for Angel, Firefly and Dollhouse. Or one of the other Admins would like to work on that |

with a lot of actors and actresses crossing over between shows (much to the annoyance of the twinz hihi) would it be better to have just one section for the cast from all the shows? Also there's a lot of sub-boards in the buffy actors section that dont actually have any posts in them and personally (although i appreciate your hard work in creating them cynni) think that there isn't really much point in having them if they are empty cos they just clog up the section. Would it maybe be better to wait and see how many topics are created for each actor and only create a sub folder for them if they turn out to be popular? Just a few thoughts i had. What does everyone else think?

we could leave them and see if people find any news to post in them...
or we could combine them, BUT would that not be confusing for those who have not seen Firefly/Angel/Dollhouse and/or Buffy all together? We would need good name descriptions then, stating from which show (or shows, sorry Twinzz, hihi) they are.... That would be a nice idea, I think...

thats a good point about the people who dont watch all the shows. I was thinking about it at work how we could work it out because of there being so many cast members and had thought maybe seperating guys and gals but i guess that would still be confusing for the people who dont watch all the shows....

So maybe it'd still be easier to make separate actors and actresses boards, like I've made for Buffy??? It's a lot of work, but in the end, it might be the easiest way to spot the actor or actress you're looking for... Maybe we could combine Angel and Buffy though.... We would need to mention, like I did in the Buffy section, who played who in what though...

yeah the more i think about it the more i think you were right with the first idea. It would probably be better in the long run and we can always post topics telling people to look in the other sections for actors who have crossed over.

ok next time i will think first post second lol
we do need to decide though on which actors will go in which section. It would be kind of messy having actors listed in more than one show, but it isnt always an wasy thing to figure out where to put them. I have been posting most of david Boreanaz's topics in the angel section being as he was the main character in it and the same for eliza dushku in dollhouse but they are both well known for being in buffy too so would people prefer them to be in the buffy section?

that's why we could combine Angel and Buffy. We just need to put in the description line who he/she played in which of the series (or both).

okay everyone i FINALLY finished the episode guides for all the angel episodes. i have been working on them (and the ones for firefly) offline for a couple of weeks and finally finished them today. they are all up on the board now so enjoy. The Firefly ones aren't quite finished yet, still some editing to do, but they should be up by the weekend at the latest.
